We are seeking a highly motivated and self‑directed professional to fill the role of Full‑Stack AI Developer to support our team in Northern Virginia.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 7 years of proven experience developing and integrating advanced application capabilities within high‑availability production environments.
• Leadership
  :
  Demonstrated self‑starter capability, taking a lead role in delivering end‑to‑end software solutions for mission‑critical application development projects.

• AI/ML Engineering
  :
  • Engineer and scale AI‑driven platforms to streamline data ingestion, exploration, triage, and advanced search functionalities.
  • Analyze and implement emerging AI model trends, focusing on the fine‑tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Execute rigorous validation protocols to assess AI model accuracy, evaluation metrics, and overall performance effectiveness.
• Dev Ops & Infrastructure
  :
  • Architect and automate robust CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub or Git Lab to streamline deployment workflows.
  • Define, orchestrate, and validate comprehensive build and deployment procedures to ensure system reliability.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications utilizing Kubernetes and Docker across AWS Cloud and air‑gapped environments.
• Operations & Collaboration
  :
  • Standardize and document current and future‑state configuration processes, policies, and system architectures.
  • Facilitate proactive communication with cross‑functional teams to align technical delivery with organizational objectives.
  • Leverage Open Search and Python to build high‑performance, data‑centric features.

• TS/SCI with Full‑Scope Polygraph
