We are seeking an experienced Lead Python Developer with 12+ years of overall IT experience for a 12-month W2 contract opportunity based in McLean, VA
. This role requires strong hands‑on Python development skills, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Python-based applications
• Provide technical leadership and code reviews for development teams
