Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to rigorously test software developed for the Intelligence Community. You will work with testers and engineers to evaluate software, create test plans, and implement test cases to ensure reliability, performance, and security. Your work will directly support the development of mission‑critical applications that protect our nation.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on user stories.

• Use automation and manual processes to generate data, run test cases, and document results.

• Communicate defects to the development team and track resolution.

• Automate continuous security and performance testing, monitoring the health of application suites.

• Write and maintain test code, expanding skills in large‑scale systems, multi‑cloud environments, and AI/ML capabilities.

• Share testing best practices with the team and support the overall quality mission.

• Experience with programming or scripting in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with database testing using SQL or Oracle Database.
• Experience with bug‑tracking tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

• Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience managing Oracle Database instances.
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience working on large teams.

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD).
