Job Title: Cloud Engineer (AWS Preferred)

Location: McLean, VA (3 days onsite)

We are seeking a motivated Cloud Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in cloud technologies and modern application development. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a proactive problem solver, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. • Design, build, and deploy cloud‑based applications (AWS preferred)
• Develop and support microservices‑based architectures
• Deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) to cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions
• Leverage AI tools for prompting and workflow optimization
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

• 58 years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred; Java or Go also acceptable)
• Hands‑on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS strongly preferred)
• Experience with microservices architecture and deployments
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts and terminology
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Experience building AI‑driven workflows or using prompting tools
• Exposure to distributed systems and modern application design

• Bachelor's degree required

• Certifications are not required
• Strong emphasis on attitude, cultural fit, and hands‑on experience
