Position Overview:

The Business Engineering (BE) group, within the Investments and Capital Markets Business Technology Office (I&CM BTO), is responsible for delivering technology solutions that support the entire I&CM division. BE works closely with client's customers in the Front and Back Office to develop solutions that enhance and streamline business processes, while reducing risk.
The Payments program, is seeking a Senior Developer Contract Worker to work within a Product Team environment to design, develop, and support enhancements for the enterprise payments platform.

Responsibilities Include:

Engage business users to define the requirements and design for the new payments platform.
Application development, prototyping, and high-level technical consulting.
Work closely with team members and business partners to develop cutting edge technology solutions under tight deadlines.
Predict effects of configuration changes; identify application bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance.
Support issue resolution and completion of ad-hoc requests in support of business partners within the I&CM division.

Basic Requirements:

5 to 7 years of IT experience in design, development, integration and testing of software solutions based on J2EE technologies in an agile environment.
5 to 7 years of experience with relational databases including Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, and/or DB2.
3 to 5 years of experience developing RESTful web services using Spring Boot.
2 to 3 years of experience developing front-end GUIs using Angular 2 or higher.
2 to 3 years of experience with managing, building, and deploying code through tools including Eclipse, GIT, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins.
2 to 3 years of experience designing and executing JUnit test cases using Mockito framework based on business requirements and functional specifications.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Must Have

Qualifications:

Experience working in Modern delivery agile environment, Angular 13+, Java 8+, Docker, comfortable contributing and engaging on collaboration calls/meetings, integration, restful API, the split will be 30 /70 Frontend/Backend split, MSSQL, SQL, integrations.
