Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/GenAI Engineer with 8 10 years of overall software development experience and strong expertise in Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing AI agents, building agentic workflows, and creating scalable AI-powered solutions using modern frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agent-based solutions.
- Architect and implement scalable GenAI systems using modern AI frameworks and tools.
- Build, customize, and optimize AI Agents for complex business use cases.
- Develop and integrate custom tools, APIs, and plugins within agentic frameworks.
- Design and implement Multi-Agent Systems and agent orchestration workflows.
- Create and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and custom MCP tools.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Optimize AI application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Stay current with advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and GenAI technologies.
Core Technical Skills
- 8 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures and workflows.
- Experience with Lang Chain framework and related AI orchestration libraries.
- Ability to build, customize, and extend agents using custom tools and integrations.
- Experience implementing and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI ecosystems.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
