We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with 5-7+ years of professional software development experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and expertise in a wide range of programming tools, languages, and frameworks. This role involves end-to-end software development, performance optimization, and collaborative solution delivery while adhering to industry best practices and security standards.

Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end software development, including analysis, planning, architecture, design, development, automated testing, deployment, and maintenance. Optimize system performance by analyzing bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions with cross-functional teams. Provide production support and maintenance, resolve critical issues, and fulfill ad-hoc requests to ensure seamless business operations.

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of professional software development experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and reason with ideas effectively. Experience using at least one Coding Agent-enabled IDE (e.g., VSCode, Amazon Kiro). Experience working with AI Coding Agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex). Proficiency in databases, including a strong understanding of RDBMS (e.g., MS SQL or Postgre

SQL) and advanced SQL query writing. Proficiency in Docker containers and understanding of application lifecycle management.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins) for application deployment. Strong knowledge of Java 8 (or above), REST API Web Services, Graph

QL API, and Spring frameworks (Core, MVC, Boot, Security, Data). Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Angular 9 or above.

Experience with Apache Tomcat, Jetty Server, Maven, Gradle, Junit/Mockito, and Cucumber. Familiarity with design patterns like MVC, Singleton, Factory, DAO, and DTO.

Experience with XML and JSON technologies, ORM frameworks like Hibernate, and streaming technologies like Kafka.

Pay Range: $80- $90 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
