Need local consultent only### Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a greenfield development initiative focused on modernizing and replatforming a fixed income analytics platform. This role will be instrumental in building a new web-based application that enables traders, portfolio managers, researchers, and other financial professionals to run sophisticated portfolio analytics models and visualize results through an intuitive user interface.

This is a true full-stack development role with a strong emphasis on front-end engineering (approximately 70%) and supporting Java back-end development (approximately 30%). The ideal candidate will be passionate about building highly interactive user experiences while also contributing to API integration and backend services.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React and Type Script.

Build intuitive user interfaces that enable financial users to execute portfolio analytics and review model outputs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, traders, researchers, and other end users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate actively in architecture, design, and technical discussions.

Integrate front-end applications with existing analytics models, APIs, and backend services.

Develop and enhance backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot.

Create and maintain APIs that connect frontend and backend components.

Work with relational databases to retrieve and process application data.

Support the ongoing modernization and replatforming of legacy applications.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong front-end development experience with React.

Experience building enterprise web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.

Backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot.

Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server preferred; other relational databases acceptable).Experience participating in system design discussions and providing technical recommendations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders.###

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Type Script.

Experience with AG Grid (AG Grid Enterprise or Community).Experience supporting fixed income, capital markets, trading, or investment management applications.

Understanding of fixed income products, bonds, interest rate trading, portfolio analytics, or related financial concepts.

Broader financial services experience supporting traders, researchers, portfolio managers, or investment professionals.

Experience with mortgage finance organizations such as Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae.

Experience working on application modernization, rewrite, or replatforming initiatives.

Back End:
Java 21, Spring Boot, REST APIsDatabase: SQL Server or any other Relational Databases Interview Process One onsite interview round (approximately 2.5 hours)
Three interview panels (approximately 45 minutes each)
