Capital One is seeking a Sr. Lead AI Engineer to advance AI/ML platforms and scalable systems in McLean, VA. You will design and implement production ML components, train and deploy models, and optimize pipelines with a broad tech stack including Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Ray, and Polars.
You will lead and mentor engineers, collaborate with research scientists and PMs, and help set the long-term ML strategy while ensuring responsible AI practices across the enterprise.
