We are seeking an experienced Service Now GRC Application Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Service Now GRC solutions, including application configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Service Now development experience, is a Certified Service Now Application Developer, possesses strong JavaScript and REST API expertise, and thrives in an Agile environment.

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Now Application Developer, including 3+ years as a Certified Service Now Application Developer.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong proficiency with Glide Record queries, scripting, and REST API development.
• Experience designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions in enterprise environments.

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience with Service Now Integration Hub and REST integrations.
• 4+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now GRC solutions.
• Configure forms, fields, lists, work spaces, UI policies, client scripts, dashboards, reports, service catalogs, and portals.
• Develop workflows using Business Rules, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications, Events, and Mail Scripts.
• Configure users, roles, groups, and ACLs.
• Build integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Manage update sets, data imports, deployments, and technical documentation.
• Perform functional testing and support production environments.
• Participate in Agile sprints, scrum ceremonies, and deployment planning while ensuring compliance with development standards.
