What You Will Do:
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of professional experience, with at least FOUR (4) years of hands-on Service Now development experience.
- Strong experience developing on the Service Now platform in a senior developer or similar technical role.
- Hands-on knowledge of Service Now modules, scripting, automation, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and other relevant Service Now development tools and technologies.
- Experience analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, and delivering high-quality implementations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Location:
Washington DC/Metro area highly preferred due to client location - up to 25% travel to Guidehouse or client office.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Service Now certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or other relevant platform certifications.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, or other enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, or other advanced Service Now capabilities.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices, Dev Ops, CI/CD, or automated testing approaches.
- Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale Service Now implementations in a large organization.
The annual salary range for this position is $-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
