Anza is building a mortgage insurance platform with a Java 21/Spring Boot backend and a Type Script/React portal. The Lead Full-Stack Engineer will design domain services, APIs, data models, and drive delivery with a small team, owning technical decisions end-to-end for one or more domains.
The role is hands-on (about 60% coding) with 40% technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring quality and timely delivery across backend, BFF, portals, and infrastructure.
