Role: Sr. Service Now Developer, (ITAM, CMDB)

Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA, or Plano TX (F2F Interview)

Experience: 10+ years

Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in Service Now development and implementation
• Hands-on experience with ITAM and CMDB modules, including asset lifecycle management and configuration management.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now REST APIs and experience integrating with external systems.
• Proficiency in data transformation and ETL processes within Service Now.
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data
• Experience implementing integration with 3rd party tools
• Service Now Expertise: ITAM, CMDB, 3rd party integration
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Application Developer (nice to have), CIS in ITAM (nice to have)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to development.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders
