Driver Position

Hogan Transportation seeks experienced Class A CDL truck drivers for a position based in Upper Marlboro, MD. Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 6 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience, and must live within 60 miles of the Upper Marlboro location.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 12 months
• Hazmat endorsement (optional)
• Tanker endorsement (optional)
• TWIC card (optional)
• Car hauling experience (optional)

• Weekly pay $1,920–$2,120 per driver
• $0.86 CPM + $25 per stop (split)
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus in 10 monthly payments for experienced drivers
• Unlimited referral program ($2,000–$3,000 per referral, paid over 180 days)
• Paid time off after 1 year, plus 6 paid holidays after 30 days
• Paid online orientation
• Reefer trailers available

Position is based in Upper Marlboro, MD; must live within 60 miles.
