M1 is looking for a Workload Control Specialist. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Establishes priorities and dispatches specialists to maintenance jobs.
• Maintains close coordination between maintenance activities.
• Maintains constant radio contact with flightline vehicles dispatching specialists.
• Maintains control and status boards and keeps accurate internal records as required.
• Provides information and reports as required to the wing or higher headquarters.
• Uses CAMS and/or IMDS for status reporting. Provides link between contractor, base security and emergency response activities.
• May be occasionally required to perform duties of lesser skill classification.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; mathematics skills are desirable.
• Must speak, read, write, and understand English with the ability to interpret technical data and special operating instructions in the same language.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain clearance if required.
• Must be able to, if required, obtain and maintain a government driver's license.
• May be required to work in other work sections throughout the contract where individual possesses required experience, training, and/or certifications.
• Member must demonstrate/possess a strong willingness and desire to learn.
• Current U.S. Driver's license required.

• Must be physically capable of performing all assigned duties.
• Environment ranges from office to hangar and flight line and requires extensive climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
