Insurance Customer Service Rep

Job Description

The Heidi Moore Agency is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. Founded in 2009, we have steadily grown within the farm, small-business, and craft-beverage insurance industry. We take our work seriously, we care deeply about our clients, and we're looking for someone who does too. This role is focused on home and auto insurance and centers on building client relationships, writing new policies, and maintaining our current book of business.

We're open to all experience levels and will provide full training to the right person.

This is a 30 hour per week,
Monday through Friday position with real flexibility and a team that understands the importance of life outside of work. On top of a competitive hourly base, you'll earn commission on new business and upsells

• Quote and write new home and auto policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients
• Reach out to clients to schedule reviews and appointments
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Support the team with office needs as they arise
• Assist with social media and marketing efforts when needed

• Active Insurance Licenses preferred. Licensing assistance available.
• A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
