Mon–Thu | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | $25–$30/hr + OT
We’re looking for a CAD Drafter/Designer who enjoys problem-solving, creative thinking, and developing custom solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Design and draft custom solutions using CAD software
- Create work orders from architectural and structural drawings
- Read and create part drawings and large assemblies
- Perform field measurements and site verification
- Review plans and identify design/constructability issues
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, architects, project managers, and shop teams
- Create material take-offs and assist with estimating
- Contribute to process improvement and R&D projects
What we’re looking for:
- Associate degree in Drafting/CAD Technology or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of CAD drafting experience;
Solid Works preferred - Experience with field measurements and site take-offs
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and assemblies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in metal fabrication or construction is a plus
