Hello Behavior Assistants! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a 1:1 Behavior Assistant for the  school year in the McMinnville, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Competitive pay ($25/hour)
• W-2 employment with liability insurance included

* Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.

• High School Diploma required; RBT certification preferred
• Previous experience supporting behavior within the classroom setting
• Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
