Location:

Yamhill County, Oregon – in‑office, five days a week.

• Handle real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements per established policies and procedures.
• Determine escrow requirements, act as a neutral liaison between file parties, adhere to company policy, and monitor and mitigate risk.
• Ensure all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed in accordance with contract terms and company policy.
• Prepare regular reports on escrow account status and distribute them to involved parties.
• Examine property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents.
• Prepare legal documents for the sale closing.
• Record and file documents, and prepare, deliver final closing statements and title.

• 2‑4 years of escrow‑related experience, preferably as an escrow assistant.
• Experience directly handling escrow transactions.
• Openness to new technology and proprietary programs; adaptable to new workflows.
• Passion for customer service, professional positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Problem‑solving with strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to navigate resources to resolve issues.
• Team contributor, supportive of future talent.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
• Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hourly pay range: $26.88 – $35.83. Position eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives based on production or other goals.
