Job Description & RequirementsHuman Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13‑week contract assignment in McMinnville, Oregon
. This opportunity is based in a 24‑hour nursing home setting with rehab services, offering a collaborative environment focused on functional independence, safety, and patient‑centered care.
- Location: McMinnville, OR
- Facility: Nursing Home (Open 24 Hours)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week (5x8)
- Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments impacting activities of daily living.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, mobility, and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, SLP, nursing, and case management.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and care plan updates in accordance with facility standards.
- Support rehabilitation goals to enhance quality of life and functional outcomes.
- Active Oregon OT License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
; nursing home or rehab experience preferred - Current BLS Certification (AHA)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
