Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in McMinnville, OR for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage and schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and provide a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, assisting with billing and insurance processes, and supporting audiologists with administrative tasks. The role requires a professional demeanor and a commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
Qualifications- Customer service and communication skills, including relationship building and maintaining a patient-centered approach
- Organizational and administrative skills, such as scheduling, data entry, and managing patient records
- Basic proficiency in billing and insurance processes, or the capacity to quickly learn these systems
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software
- A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a patient care coordinator is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in healthcare administration are beneficial
