Join our team at a leading healthcare facility in McMinnville, OR, as a Mid-Level Radiation Therapist . Deliver precise radiation treatments to oncology patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities Administer radiation therapy treatments using linear accelerators and simulation equipment, following physician-prescribed plans with accuracy and attention to patient safety.
Verify daily treatment plans, perform CT simulations, and document sessions in the EMR system (e.g., Epic or Aria) to ensure compliance with ALARA principles and quality assurance standards.
Position patients using immobilization devices, conduct pre-treatment imaging (CBCT/kV), and monitor for side effects, providing education on treatment expectations and skin care protocols.
Required Qualifications Associate s degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Radiation Therapy Certification (ARRT(RT(T))).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
2+ years of clinical experience in radiation oncology, with proficiency in 3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT, and SRS/SBRT techniques.
Oregon state licensure (or eligibility).
Strong knowledge of dosimetry, treatment planning systems (e.g., Eclipse), and oncology imaging modalities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with IGRT, DIBH, or proton therapy.
Familiarity with Varian or Elekta systems.
Excellent communication for patient interaction and team coordination.
