Responsibilities- Own the success of each project from pre-construction through final walk-through.
- Manage project schedules using Builder Trend to ensure on-time delivery.
- Control budgets, monitor job costs, and keep projects financially on track.
- Hire, manage, and hold subcontractors accountable to Creekside standards.
- Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed and delighted throughout the process.
- Conduct site visits, quality checks, and ensure all work meets our standards for excellence.
- Resolve issues swiftly with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proven project management experience in residential construction (custom homes preferred)
- Strong leadership and accountability; comfortable managing subcontractors and client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a D-style DISC profile or similar task-focused work style.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience using Builder Trend or similar project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to read plans, understand permits, and ensure jobsite safety and compliance.
