We have a condensed work schedule. The following are our shift options. We cannot guarantee that we have availability for your preferred shift.
Monday - Thursday (with Fridays as needed) - Night Shift
Your Job:
Everyday millions of protein bars roll off our production lines. As a production worker you are responsible for one of the steps in the production process.
You accurately measure and prepare food ingredients used in mass produced food products.
You make the perfect mix of ingredients for our delicious products or make sure they end up in the right packaging.
You ensure proper production and packaging with quality, speed and accuracy, communicate with staff on quality issues, identify potential problems, and work in a fast-paced production line.
What you Bring:We value the skills and experiences you've gained in any field and are experienced in training you to become a skilled operator @ EMPWR.
No prior experience in production? No problem! You have a strong willingness to learn new skills and are excited about growing within our company.
You thrive in a team environment, always ready to lend a hand and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
Able to switch gears when needed and tackle new challenges with a positive attitude.
Your keen eye for detail will help you excel in making sure our production quality is top-notch.
Just as your previous roles counted on you to show up and perform, we value your dependability and commitment to your work schedule, with openness to occasional overtime.
Fluent in English? Great! Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
You are authorized to work in the US. We participate in E-Verify to assist with this process.
