CNC Set‑Up Specialist | CNC Milling | Full‑Time
DPI Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated CNC Machinists and Toolmakers for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with our client in McMinnville.
ScheduleMonday–Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a ½ hour lunch
Pay$28.00 – $36.00/ hr (DOE)
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with measuring tools and inspection processes
- Basic understanding of G‑code
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and team‑oriented
- Able to pass a drug screening
