Full Job Description

A client of ours in McMinnville is looking to add a CNC Mill Operator to their growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC milling experience or a strong machine operation background who is looking to grow into a CNC career. You ll be operating a Haas VF-5 CNC Mill to produce high-quality precision parts in a clean and team-oriented shop.

If you have experience with CNC programming or G-code, that s a huge plus—but it s not required. Our client is willing to train the right candidate who has solid manufacturing experience and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Haas VF-5 CNC milling machine
• Load and unload materials and monitor machine operation
• Read work orders, blueprints, and part specifications
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Make tool offsets and minor machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with programming or setup when experience allows

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC mill operation experience preferred
• Any sheet metal experience is helpful
• Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered
• Experience with Haas controls is a plus
• G-code knowledge or CNC programming experience is a plus, but not required
