HTST & Evaporator/Dryer Operator
$19.94/hour | 4-Day Schedule | Evening/Night Shift
Join our production team and play an important role in turning fresh milk into high-quality dairy products and non-fat dry milk powder. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a team.
Your Schedule- Monday:5:00 PM–5:00 AM
- Tuesday:5:00 PM–2:00 AM
- Thursday:5:00 PM–5:00 AM
- Friday:5:00 PM–2:00 AM
- Operate milk and cream pasteurization (HTST), evaporator, and dryer equipment.
- Monitor production and adjust equipment to meet quality specifications.
- Operate CIP cleaning systems and maintain sanitation standards.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, including gaskets, valve seals, and equipment tear-downs.
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and sanitation records.
- Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work closely with the intake and loadout teams to keep production running smoothly.
- Assist with inspections, cleaning, and other plant duties as needed.
- Dependable and safety-minded with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working around large industrial equipment.
- Able to read and follow procedures and instructions.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs with assistance.
- Able to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and work at heights when required.
- Willing and able to obtain the required state HTST operator permit.
