CNC Machinist, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Manufacturing Engineer
DPI Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated CNC Machinists and Toolmakers for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our client in McMinnville, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a ½ hour lunch
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hr (DOE)
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines (HAAS preferred)
- Build, repair, and maintain injection molds and tooling
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD models
- Perform precision machining and quality inspections
- Edit and adjust CNC programs (CAM software)
- Troubleshoot tooling and production issues
- 5+ years of Tool & Die or CNC Machining experience
- Experience with molds, fixtures, and tooling repair
- Strong skills using micrometers, gauges, and precision tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with HAAS CNC machines (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
- Competitive pay: $30–$35/hr
