Hillside in McMinnville, OR, a Human Good community nationally rated as  Best Senior Living community for Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Memory Support team! This position will be in our small 20-bed skilled nursing unit!

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

• Full Time:
  Wed-Sat 6am-2pm
• Full Time:
  Fri-Tuesday 2pm-10pm

$23+ depending on experience + shift differentials listed below:

• $2/hr for Day/Eve weekend shifts

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• New grads are welcome!
• CPR required
