West Hills Family Care has served the McMinnville community for over two decades as a certified Rural Health Clinic. You would be joining a small, experienced team: two physicians and a PA who are genuinely invested in mentoring a new colleague, helping you build your clinical voice in a place where your work will be seen and valued.

This is a 100% outpatient primary care role with a dedicated mentorship structure: two experienced physicians and a skilled PA who are actively involved in your development.

  4‑day workweek
• Base salary range: $135,000 – $144,000 (depending on experience)
• Year two:
  Production bonus added to base

• Certified Rural Health Clinic; loan repayment eligible site
• Long‑term, continuity‑based patient relationships in a small community practice

The following physical requirements are included per standard credentialing and HR documentation. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
