Laboratory Technician

The R&D Lab Technician will assist Food Scientists in sample creation, data collection/interpretation, and sensory analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong foundation in laboratory techniques and safety protocols. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and functional lab environment, preparing samples and ingredients, and accurately documenting all procedures and results.

  Prepare nutrition bars on a small scale in R & D lab
• .Maintain lab ingredient inventory, order new supplies, and ensure proper storage and disposal of materials in compliance with safety regulations

• .Submit finished samples to current and potential new customers
• .Accurately record data, observations, and results from experiments. Assist in the initial analysis and interpretation of data and report findings to the R&D team
