Job Summary:

Help keep a high-performance restaurant humming by washing and stocking wares. Assist the kitchen and dining room team by keeping a tidy and efficient dish station. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining sanitation standards in the kitchen and cleaning, organizing, and stocking cookware and serviceware in the kitchen and storage areas.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Washing china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies
• Remove trash, compost, and recycling to appropriate receptacles

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
• Necessary State Food Handler's License(s)
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds

Education and Experience:

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
