Job Description

The Agency Manager Trainee position is a structured development role designed for motivated professionals who want to build a career in insurance sales and leadership. • Learn the fundamentals of insurance sales by working directly with clients and prospects
• Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business year over year
• Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while progressing through the training program
• Learn agency operations including marketing, client retention, and compliance
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training future team members
• Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentorship, and hands‑on experience
• Participate in structured training, performance reviews, and career development planning

• Sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong interest in building a career in the insurance industry is required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in leadership or business ownership
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working in a performance‑based role
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Insurance license (P&C and/or Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain quickly
