Alcohol Monitor

As an Alcohol Monitor with BEST Crowd Management, you help create a safe, positive guest experience at stadiums, arenas, and large events. You'll monitor alcohol service and consumption, verify IDs, identify signs of over-service or unsafe behavior, and promptly report or escalate issues following venue and state regulations. Working as part of a professional, safety-focused team, you'll interact courteously with guests, support crowd management and access control as needed, complete basic reports, and follow clear procedures and training to ensure compliance with alcohol policies and event safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alcohol service and guest consumption for safety and compliance
• Verify identification and ensure adherence to age-restriction laws
• Observe crowds to identify signs of over-service or unsafe behavior
• Politely intervene or escalate concerns following venue procedures
• Communicate with supervisors and team via radio or designated channels
• Support crowd management and access control as assigned
• Document incidents and complete basic reports accurately
• Follow all venue, company, and regulatory alcohol policies
• Provide professional, courteous customer service to guests
