BECOMING OUR PAINTING CREW LEAD

Depending on your skills and qualifications, you'll make $23.00 - $27.00/hour. We track time, and you can earn performance bonuses (up to an additional $3.00/hour) for meeting targets. You'll be able to gain leadership experience and enjoy benefits like paid time off (PTO).

DIVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

As our Painting Crew Lead, you'll work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm/8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend work to meet business needs. Overtime is also available.

You're the leader who keeps our painting projects on schedule and ensures crew members meet customer requirements and company standards. You'll blend leadership with hands-on work as you oversee your crew in properly painting surfaces and following all safety rules. Always polite and professional, you'll provide great customer service to clients and ensure they're satisfied with our work. If you notice any issues affecting quality, safety, or timeliness, you'll quickly jump in and fix the problem to keep the job on track.

You'll also make sure the job site is organized and that everything is fully cleaned up once the job is done.

• Painting experience
• Ability to run jobs from beginning to end with minimal assistance from management
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working on your feet all day

• Valid driver's license
• Commitment to completing high-quality work while staying on schedule

Our Ideal Painting Crew Lead:

• 3+ years of residential painting experience
• Experience leading a small crew
• Strong knowledge of proper surface preparation and coating application techniques
• Ability to motivate others, delegate tasks, and hold your team accountable
• Professional, courteous communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail
• Clean appearance, reliable work ethic, and an honest personality
