Since 1960, Smith and Company Painting, Inc. has been a family‑run business delivering 5‑star service to residential and commercial customers. With decades of experience, our team specializes in interior, exterior, and industrial painting, floor resurfacing, and epoxy repair.

• Load tools and supplies onto the truck and assist teammates.
• Prep surfaces for painting, including scraping, caulking, and masking.
• Apply paint on residential and commercial sites while maintaining cleanliness.
• Use ladders up to 40 feet safely and confidently.
• Learn and adapt to a variety of project assignments, from warehouses to outdoor spaces.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders fearlessly.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, trustworthy, and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Experience as a painter is a bonus but not required.
