ASAP About the Position Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload truck driver - 48 states 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. Drive within all 48 states. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving New Productivity Incentive:
Earn up to an additional .06 per mile based on weekly miles. Weekly performance pay. $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Annual bonus:
Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Haz Mat endorsement preferred.
