Your Mission

The Development division supports the profitable growth of Radiall and diversification efforts by offering interconnection solutions and differentiated technologies to position Radiall among the leaders in its market segments. Integrated into the Multiconnectors design office and reporting to the head of this department, you design products that meet functional, aesthetic, and economic criteria in accordance with the design rules. You also define and implement the processes to manufacture these products in line with the definition dossier.

Main activities:

• Participate in preliminary projects by researching innovative solutions while studying different opportunities and technological possibilities. Evaluate and qualify them within the framework of intermediate or major projects.
• Analyze a technical specification book and ensure the conformity of the output data with respect to it.
• Build technical risk analyses, implement action plans and associated validation plans
• Build and evolve technical documentation in connection with its projects, while ensuring the relevance and consistency of the information in the PLM.
• Lead other designers, cross-functional work groups, and/or design batches in connection with technological subjects at the site, BU, or group level.
• Analyze the competition (patents, technical documentation, products) and participate in the writing of patents or sealed envelopes
• Collaborate with experts or specialists in scientific or technological fields (internal or external) to integrate new technological building blocks into its projects. Ensure dissemination and sharing within the design offices.

Holder of a Bac+5, you have a strong affinity for mechanics and micromechanics. You have at least confirmed successful experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.

You are proficient with IT tools such as SAP, a CAD software (Solidworks would be a plus) and have an intermediate level of English (B1).
