Senior Extrusion Process Technician

Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. We are now looking for a Senior Extrusion Process Technician to join our team in Nefab McMInnville TN.

As Senior Extrusion Process Technician you will be responsible for overseeing extrusion operations, ensuring optimal performance of machinery and adherence to production schedules. Develop and implement process improvements for extrusion operations, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing waste. Ensure all Extrusion activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance. Train and mentor staff on Extrusion techniques, best practices, and safety protocols to build a skilled and knowledgeable team.

Manage extrusion operations and ensure seamless integration with Extrusion processes, coordinating closely with other departments to optimize workflows. You will contribute to collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch, facilitating communication and coordination.

You will be part of extrusion operations, ensuring optimal performance of machinery and adherence to production schedules. Develop and implement process improvements, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing waste.

In the “function/organization”, you will collaboration with engineering and design teams to develop and refine Extrusion processes, incorporating feedback from production staff and quality assurance.

This position is located in McMinnville TN, and you will report to the Site Manager.

• Prior direct personnel management experience, with strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to build effective teams.
• 15 years’ experience in thick and thin-walled Extrusion operations and processing.
• 5 years’ experience in engineering and design.
• 5 years’ extrusion experience.
