We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial and Consumer Lender to join our growing team in the McMinnville, TN market. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in underwriting, credit analysis, and loan structuring, and will be responsible for originating, managing, and growing a portfolio of commercial and consumer relationships. This is a key customer-facing role that contributes to the bank’s mission of providing trusted financial solutions to our community.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial and consumer loans, ensuring sound credit quality and profitable relationships.
• Conduct in-depth underwriting and financial analysis for new credit opportunities and existing portfolio reviews.
• Structure credit terms in line with bank policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with credit analysts, loan processors, and management to deliver timely and accurate credit decisions.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the local market.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address their evolving financial needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or banking certifications a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or consumer lending, with strong credit underwriting and structuring expertise.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial statement analysis, loan documentation, and risk assessment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of the McMinnville market and surrounding region preferred.
• Proficiency with lending software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within market.
