Role OverviewThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
- Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care.
- Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
Part Time – Saturdays 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.
CompensationPay range: $40-48/hr depending on experience plus an additional shift differential of $2-3.
Qualifications- Current RN license in the state for which applying.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute, or sub‑acute care preferred.
- New graduates are welcome!
