Parts Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders timely and contact customers upon shipment arrivals;
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure, including electronic outside purchase orders;
Process retail customer returns and exchanges, issue refunds using correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise appropriately;
Ensure all merchandise including core charges and warranties are invoiced before product leaves the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks;
Ensure team adherence to posted work schedule; approve schedule changes/deviations; clock in/out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, secure money/deposits per policy, prepare bank deposits as needed, ensure night security lights are on, lock doors and secure building, arm/disarm security alarms, and check/secure/lock delivery vehicles;
All other duties as assigned
