Garda World Security Services is hiring an Armed Call Off Coverage Officer to patrol and secure sites in McMinnville, Smithville, Sparta, and Woodbury, Tennessee. The role requires physical fitness, the ability to respond to incidents, and a strong awareness of the environment.

• Must be available for the 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays.

• Competitive hourly wage of $21.00 per hour.

• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle report.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a high‑school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
