About AKB Inc.AKB Inc. is a family‑owned company headquartered in McMinnville, Tennessee, with nearly five decades of continuous operation in Warren County. Three divisions work side‑by‑side under one roof:
- Tri‑State Development & Construction Company — general contracting, pre‑engineered metal buildings, commercial and industrial construction, tenant improvements, and site work.
- AKB Self Storage — owner/operator of traditional and temperature‑controlled self‑storage facilities.
