Laundromat Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated, career-driven individual to lead the day-to‑day success of one of the cleanest, most modern and highly respected laundromats in the Midwest. This is a newly created leadership role offering significant growth potential, including performance‑based bonuses, stock options and long‑term ownership opportunities.
What You’ll Do- Leading staffing, scheduling, and team development
- Training and mentoring a high‑performance staff
- Managing inventory, supplies and cost control
- Maintaining exceptional quality standards and facility presentation
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Light marketing and community engagement
- Additional duties as needed to deliver operational excellence
No previous laundry industry experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership potential, reliability, and a customer first mindset who is ready to grow with the business.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits- Starting Wage – Competitive hourly rate during 3–6‑month training period (negotiable), transitioning to salaried compensation upon successful completion.
