** Policy Service Team
** manages the full lifecycle of a customer’s insurance policy. They process policy changes, issue and update documents, respond to customer and agent questions, and ensure all policy information stays accurate and compliant. Their work helps customers feel confident that their coverage is correct and up to date

* Troubleshoots simple workflow & system issues

*** Detail oriented and accurate
* Researches and resolves issues requiring deeper review

*** Working insurance knowledge or ability to learn quickly
* Applies policy, billing, and claims concepts

** Education and/or Experience
*** High school diploma or GED required
* 1 to 3 years of related experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry
