As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills.
What you will do…- Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
- Assist with behavior management strategies
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
- RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified)
- Passion for working with children
- 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
- Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality
- Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data
