Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Director of Operations Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair
We are a family-owned collision repair company operating two locations and focused on running a high-quality, well-organized operation. We’re looking for someone who can help bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to our daily operations while protecting the culture and standards we’ve worked hard to build. This role partners closely with ownership and oversees both shops, with the Shop Managers and Claims Manager reporting directly to you.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with our team and help unify culture across locations
- Coach and support managers in communication, expectations, and accountability
- Observe workflows and simplify processes to reduce stress and rework
- Align operations between shops while respecting their differences
- Improve day-to-day flow, throughput, and predictability
- Help strengthen the business so it runs smoothly and sustainably
- Learn the collision repair industry and stay engaged through training and industry groups
You’ll know you’re succeeding when:
- The team trusts you and brings problems early
- Managers handle more decisions confidently
- The shops operate with less chaos and clearer expectations
- Processes feel simpler and more consistent
Collision experience is helpful but not required — we can teach the technical side. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Honest and steady
- Organized and thoughtful
- Process-driven
- Comfortable turning ideas into clear plans and follow-through
- People-focused and respectful
- Confident holding others (and themselves) accountable
- Curious and eager to learn
- Motivated by improving teams and systems
You’ll likely enjoy this role if you naturally bring structure to moving parts, help others stay aligned, and take satisfaction in helping a team operate smoothly day to day. Experience in service operations, team leadership, or multi-department management is helpful.
Work StyleThis is a hands-on role. You’ll spend time in both shops working alongside managers and observing operations firsthand — not behind a desk all day.
Benefits- 100% employer-paid health insurance
- 100% employer-paid dental insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off
- Ongoing training and industry development opportunities
We care deeply about our people, our work, and our community. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a team and help a strong business run even better.
