Shift
2nd & 3rd Shift | No Rotating Shifts
Straight 8‑Hour Shifts. Paid Training. Shift Differential for Off‑Shift Hours.
Additional shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts.
Salary$18–$20 per hour
Additional shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts.
Available Schedules2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4pm‑12am
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 12am‑8am
No rotating shifts. Keep a consistent schedule.

As a Machine Operator, you'll work with modern production equipment that manufactures weatherstripping used around the world. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
- Operate and monitor production machines
- Load materials and remove finished products
- Make simple machine adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Record basic production data
- Assist technicians during machine changeovers
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic reading, math, and writing skills
- Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
- Standing, walking and bending throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a louder production environment
