We’re urgently hiring General Laborers to join our team at a McPherson Concrete Products, Inc. concrete manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, ready to work hard, and want to get started immediately – we want to hear from you!

• Perform physical labor tasks at our production and yard locations
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Support the manufacturing team with day-to-day production needs

• Mechanically inclined and self-motivated
• Dependable and flexible with work hours
• Willing to work in environments with noise, dust, vibrations, heat, or cold
• Must pass a drug screen (UA) and physical
• Steel-toed boots required before start date
• Ability to work 10 hour shifts and overtime as needed

• 6+ months of experience in concrete, construction, or related heavy labor field within the past 5 years
• Experience with concrete pouring, finishing, or rebar tying
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
